Everything families ask, before they book.

Every SERI companion is interviewed in person, reference-checked, and trained on our 14-module curriculum covering dementia awareness, mobility support, medication reminders, and emergency response. All are insured under our public liability and indemnity coverage, and supervised clinically by our Registered Nurse lead, Cordelia.
We guarantee placement with 48 hours of notice. Same-day and next-day requests are often possible. Submit the form and our coordinator will WhatsApp you within 2 hours to confirm availability.
SERI currently serves the Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Damansara, Shah Alam, Cheras, Ampang, Kajang, and Puchong. We are expanding to Penang and Johor Bahru in Q1 2027.
Our companions speak English and Bahasa Malaysia as standard. Many are also fluent in Hokkien, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tamil. You can request a preferred language in the booking form and we will match accordingly.
No. SERI companions provide non-medical care: companionship, ADL support, medication reminders, and observation. We do not administer injections, change wound dressings, or prescribe.
